Now the vehicle owners in the Western province can send a SMS to check the status of their vehicles.
You can send a SMS with the following text.

dmt rls {Vehicle no}

For example the following is the SMS for checking the status of the revenue license of the vehicle bearing the registration number KF-4409

dmt rls kf-4409

The following reply SMS will be sent by 1919.

“Vehicle No: KF-4409, revenue License No: 6572539, Expiry Date 2013-11-18 (Information is provided by Department of Motor Traffic)”
